About the event
Andrea Korda is an associate professor of art history at the University of Alberta’s Augustana Campus. In 2020, she and two colleagues launched the Crafting Communities project, which brought hands-on crafting into humanities classrooms and recently won an Open Scholarship Award from the Canadian Social Knowledge Institute. Andrea lives in Edmonton and is a member of Temple Beth Ora.
